- Offers asset management to assist client with budgeting and forecasting future maintenance and repairs and develop long-term plans to maximize building’s lifespan and value
- Provides facility management to support the client in operating the building efficiently and address maintenance issues or concerns
- Maintains regular communication with the client regarding every management component of the project including any design, construction, maintenance, or other building and operation support
